1. Acceptance

By using Dudle (the "Service"), operated by Dudle App Labs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Dudle provides free online PDF and document tools, AI-assisted features, and optional import from cloud storage such as Google Drive and OneDrive. Features may change or be withdrawn over time.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload or process content you have no right to, or that is unlawful.
• Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service, or bypass rate limits and quotas.
• Do not use the Service to infringe others' rights or to violate applicable law.

4. Your files and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership of your content. Files are processed transiently to perform your requested operation and are deleted within one hour. We do not use your documents to train AI models.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated summaries, answers, and templates may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for convenience only. They are not professional (legal, medical, financial, or other) advice. Verify important results independently.

6. Third-party services

When you connect Google Drive, OneDrive, or use other integrations, your use of those services is also governed by the respective provider's terms and privacy policies.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dudle App Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
